LOVE: Protect Your Crown

the surprising reason you NEED A PARASOL IN A HIGH-RISE CITY

SKYJUICE!!!

This is not to be confused at all as rain. ‘Skyjuice' is a silly made-up term to describe the water perception that drips from air conditioning units around the city. That random, annoying, unexpected drip from above that falls onto you or worse in your hair.

Walking through the bustling streets of NYC (or any bustling city with a multitude of tall buildings) you can see the puddles of skyjuice indicating the impending, yet untimely drop. You could weave through these puddle indicators, back and forth from the inside of the street to the outside, but who really has time for that?

[ You’re in the city, New York City.
We are a "take as many shortcuts as you need to to get where you need to as quickly as possible” kind of people. ]

You can try to avoid the sky juice all together but sometimes no matter how far to the edge of the sidewalk you are, you still manage to be sprayed.

Yeah... It’s just annoyingly gross.

If you, like me, can’t stand the abundance of unknown, impending skyjuice falling on your crown, get a parasol.

{Parasols} are sun umbrellas which is great for any sunny day anywhere. One does come in handy though while out and about on those summer days in the city, protecting your crown from nature and humans alike.

Yes, you could always walk around with an umbrella but it gets hot under an umbrella in the summer.

Also, for all the fashionistas, they also enhance your outfit, being a unique summer accessory and enhancing your steps with royal ease.
