Shipping + Returns
 

Each item from Crown Inspired is handmade by one person. Please allow between 2 and 21 days for a shipping notification as items may not be fully ready to ship upon ordering. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

All purchases on discounted items are final.

Singular, irregular-sized items (parasols & umbrellas) are shipped in tubes.

If you have any issues with your item, please contact info@crowninspired.com immediately to resolve any concerns you have with your product(s). Please note the care instructions (in your package) for items and follow them carefully. Crown Inspired is not responsible if your item is damaged, broken, or lost in transit.

Apparel items and accessories that have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged can be exchanged within 14 business days after the date received. All exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, a photo of the item is required [font & back, interior & exterior] before shipping the exchangeable item.

To begin your product exchange, you should email info@crowninspired. Shipping with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your item is received and inspected, an email to notify you that your return item(s) were received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and mailed within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once the exchanged item is shipped.
