How is quarantine life?
We were surrounded by intense anxiety and fear, in the beginning, now it seems that the anxiety is increasing with the ever-increasing uncertainty. Since many of us are concerned about paying our bills this month, I want to remind you to stay calm and create a resourceful and strategic plan.

Though we have been surrounded by the ‘threat' of the coronavirus for a while now, during this time, the season has begun to change. Spring is the season of fresh beginnings. Spring is a reminder that after the harshness of the winter season, there is new life. When facing this challenge of discipline and heightened health maintenance, we will bloom and shine in on in the spaces that we are in.
If you are finding the quarantine situation to be stressful here are some brief tips for staying calm, focused and finding peace during this trying time:
Open Your Windows
While staying away from other people is the best way to prevent yourself from contracting the coronavirus, getting at least 30 minutes of fresh air and sunlight is great for your physical health.
Fung-Shui
Take this time to move the stagnant air and energy in your home. Rearrange your furniture to create more open space in your home. The new flow will help to move and motivate you to do more for yourself.
Meditate
It can be hard to still your mind when it is racing with emotional thoughts. However, meditation is also the best way to maintain your senses. Meditation is not about preventing your emotional thoughts. It is about observing them and letting them go so that you can get to a ‘daydreaming’ kind of mindset.
Move Your Body.
One of the sure ways to settle your mind in a present moment is to move your body. A moving body allows you to first focus on the physical which can flow into being overwhelmed with the joy of movement. So, shake it out, jump around and dance.
Get Creative
Use this time to work on or to keep your creative juices flowing. Being bored on your electronic devices doesn’t do much good on a regular day so why waste this ‘free time’ with doing your regular mindless scrolling.
Breathe & Patient
No one has all the answers right now. The best you can do for yourself is to maintain your health both physically and mentally. By practicing some deep breathing methods you will not only be practicing a calming method of the mind but the added oxygen will increase the blood flow in your body which also will aid in boosting your immune system. Try taking a deep breath in 8-10 counts, holding for 10-30 counts and releasing in 8-10 counts.

Eating more RAW fruits and vegetables; especially food rich in vitamin C and drinking lemon decreases the acidic levels of your body. These foods support in alkalizing your body ph in fighting disease.
